Description

Can't install the 11.8.2 SLES package on Leap 15.6

The attached Dockerfile shows:

Problem: 1: nothing provides 'libpcre2-posix.so.2()(64bit)' needed by the to be installed MariaDB-client-11.8.2-1.x86_64

  Solution 1: do not install MariaDB-client-11.8.2-1.x86_64

  Solution 2: break MariaDB-client-11.8.2-1.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

If I replace 15.6 with 15.5 - it works, but 15.6 is current GA and 15.5 is deprecated with EOL in December
If I replace 11.8 with 11.4 - it works as well.
(It did work with 11.7 as well, but that is gone from mirror.mariadb.org)
