Add SLES 15 SP5 builder for one server release

    Description

      From serg in MDEV-36945:

      Let's keep it for SLES 15 SP5 for at least one more release to avoid abrupt unannounced changes.
      And create two new repos for sles15sp6 and sles15sp7 (not necessarily for this Q3 release).

      Announce, as usual, that it's the last release for SLES 15SP5. And after that always use slesXspY repos and treat them as distinct distributions.

      And further comments in MDEV-36945 were

      On repo naming use the 15.6 syntax and not 15spX so the repo can be installed like:

      zypper addrepo --gpgcheck --refresh 'https://mirror.realcompute.io/mariadb/yum/11.8/sles/$releasever/$basearch' mariadb
