10.11.11 was released on SLES-15.5 which is a different major version to SLES 15.6.

SLES 15.5 had libpcre2-posix.so.2 however SLES15.6 has /usr/lib64/libpcre2-posix.so.3.0.4 (ONLY ) on a different major SONAME version so not compatible in ABI.

Due so some questionable decision to keep all of SLES 15 labelled the same (15.5 and 15.6 are as compatible as RHEL 8 and RHEL 9), there are attempts use packages from the previous major version to the current major version and run it like a minor upgrade which doesn't work.
