Encryption code in MariaDB 10.1/10.2 causes compatibility problems

    Description

      MariaDB server 10.2.3 stuck after our application did some inserts/updates/deletes/selects.

      To avoid the crash from MDEV-11756 I dropped the index from table MsgID2Message.
