    • buf_pool.mutex contention under I/O-limited OLTP workload

    Description

      Current plan for this epic

      • MDEV-38814 (Index Lock Upgrades): remains in the current Q2 Dev Sprint
      • MDEV-33966 (Sysbench Performance Regression): is targeted for Q3 Server Maintenance (ends July 28)
        • A patch is under testing PERF-475
      • MDEV-39084 (Split page_hash):
        • Has been postponed to the Q3 Dev Sprint (targeting 11.8). It's not possible to run it concurrently with MDEV-33966.
