Download links go to the wrong version after the release is moved to archive

Details

    Description

Currently, links such as https://mariadb.org/download/?tab=mariadb&rel=10.8.3&product=mariadb do not work, instead going to the current default version.

A link of the format https://mariadb.org/download/?tab=mariadb&rel=10.8.3&product=mariadb&o=true does work.

This means that all old links, such as those used on the front page of mariadb.org (before being fixed), or other links pasted on the KB, blogs, social media etc. do not work correctly.

Luckily the old links are mostly used, and they work (MDBF-287), but links using the new format should also continue to work.

A workaround is to use the original link format, such as https://downloads.mariadb.org/mariadb/10.8.4/, which work, but unfortunately people have started using the longer format based on copying and pasting the URL.

We should at least use the original format in all of our .org links for two reasons
            1) it avoids this bug
            2) it's shorter and prettier (see MDBF-274)
