URLs to specific download versions are not working once archived

Urls such as https://mariadb.org/download/?tab=mariadb&rel=11.0.1&product=mariadb no longer direct one to the correct version when clicked after that release has moved to the archive.

The original urls, such a https://downloads.mariadb.org/mariadb/10.8.4/, are still working.

This is a bad regression (or perhaps was always the case, but not noticed since the original format was always in use), since people have started using the urls based on copying from the download page as the destination.
