Download redirect from old site not going to correct version

    Description

      Old download URLs - such as https://downloads.mariadb.org/mariadb/10.7.1 - don't redirect to the correct version. Adding a slash - https://downloads.mariadb.org/mariadb/10.7.1/ - makes them work correctly.
