More detailed error message when loading MariaDB

If an error occurs while loading MariaDB, the error message "ImportError: Mariadb module initialization failed" is returned.

In order to be able to better localize a possible cause of the error, the error message should contain more detailed information (if available).

Example:

ImportError: Mariadb module initialization failed: An error occured while loading the datetime API.
