Description

Currently tarballs structure is the mess, having both lib and lib64 folders(in centos packages) and dirver library and C/C plugins being in different folders. Plus it contains some C/C files that should really be coming in C/ODBC packages.

As the result it will be just lib in all packages. and extra files should go.
