Show insufficient permissions message

Currently, buttons are hidden from users who don't have the editor or admin role,
which can lead to a lack of awareness of available features and a less transparent user experience.

These buttons should be visible and clickable. Before performing any action, if the user lacks permission, an error message should be shown: "Insufficient permissions. Please ask your administrator."
