Integrate parameter documentation in the GUI

    Description

      The parameters for modules are exposed via the REST-API but the full documentation is not there. Somehow integrating the parameter documentation in the GUI would make it a lot easier to see the relevant documentation for the parameter. MXS-5271 is a good example of this type of a problem where the behavior is confusing unless the documentation is clearly displayed.
