Variables related to query cache are useless in SET STATEMENT

      Description

      MDEV-6977 was fixed only partially: query_cache_type is prohibited for SET STATEMENT, but other mentioned variables – query_cache_strip_comments, query_cache_wlock_invalidate – are not.
