Add columns for ROWS_EXAMINED & ROWS_SENT to I_S and processlist

    Description

      The 'progress' column for DDL (ALTER and similar commands) does not provide diagnostic information for DML (eg SELECT, UPDATE)

      In Percona Server, there are these nice additional columns:
