Extend Binlog-in-Engine to Replicate XA Prepare

    Description

      The initial 12.3 release of binlog-in-engine will not replicate XA PREPARE statements, so if a master node crashes, any XA prepared-but-not-committed transactions will be lost.

      This ticket is to track this work, so it is not forgotten. It likely is closely related to MDEV-37583 (streaming replication), but is kept separate in case we don't fully implement streaming replication to get this to work.
