SST error might be printing literal %M

    Description

      PR #3543 changed an error message format to use %M, a my_vsnprintf extension.
      However, WSREP_ERROR uses vsnprintf.

      I originally commented about this in the PR but then forgot about it.
      I have not tested it; I only checked that the code is still like that at this writing.
