    Description

      Add some SQL in a master.sql in /docker-entrypoint-initdb.d doesn't replicate to a replica.

      Analysis

      commit was added in MDEV-27074 to work around slow initialization of timezones because of slow io by disabling the binary log on initialization.

      MDEV-27608 / commit to further speed up timezones, making the earlier change redundant.
