Description

Add some SQL in a master.sql in /docker-entrypoint-initdb.d doesn't replicate to a replica.

Analysis

commit was added in ~~MDEV-27074~~ to work around slow initialization of timezones because of slow io by disabling the binary log on initialization.

~~MDEV-27608~~ / commit to further speed up timezones, making the earlier change redundant.

The new image works as expected, the events are now correctly binlogged.
