Restart slave with memory table break replication in strict-mode

Restart slave with memory table add new binlog event truncate table and break strict replication. For good reason , data have diverge in that sens this not a bug but a feature request.

Adding a way to synchronize memory table from master on server startup would enable to realign data and enable strict mode with memory table
