MyRocks as an embedded library

    Description

      According to monty, there is interest in having MyRocks in embedded server.

      AFAIK currently it is not built.

      This MDEV is about enabling MyRocks to be built for embedded server.
      Considerations:

      • Can one build loadable modules (ha_engine.so) for embedded server ?
      • [mine and Monty's thought:] Certain SQL-layer data structures have different sizes in embedded server, which means one cannot use ha_rocksdb.so from the regular server in the embedded one.
