MariaDB Server 5.5.54 hangs up during shutdown

      Description

      MariaDB was shutdown by service manager and hanged up for more than 12 hours.
      Nothing happened anymore.
      The process was killed after 12 hours with the tsak manager.
      A minidump was created before the process was killed.
