Description
After the commit 27dea733c52ec305f43181cbde7760390e33d9db, the memory accounting logic in RowAggStorage became broken: if the memory limit was reached, the memory used was not taken into account in the ResourceManager, but returned from the aggregation. Thus, TotalUmMemory grows with each request that causes disk aggregation, which breaks the logic of limiting memory consumption in PrimProc.
