Extremely large primloc logs generated after upgrade from 23.10.3 to 23.10.4

    Description

      After upgrading from 23.10.3 to 23.10.4 one node in a two node cluster started generating giant primproc logs of ~18GB. Impressively they compress down to only 6MB (attached).
