primproc oversubscribes memory

    Description

      Currently exemgr accumulates memory used by RGdata to be returned to plugin. This way over subscribes memory and isnt accounted for currently. Potential OOM events if not addressed.

      Suggested solution: the data sent must be released from memory right after being sent so that the memory does not accumulate, piling up higher and higher.
