mcs status include check for mariadb status

Because the Mcs processes run separate from the database, columnstore can be running, but mariadb isn't.
Please include a check in `mcs cluster status` to validate that mariadbd is running, including the PID and include a new field in mcs status .
just checks the process is running. Currently theres no health check/ test to validate that mariadb and columnstore is fully working that I know of
