Migrate ColumnStore legacy regression test suites to MTR - Round 2

There is a MTR test suite in ColumnStore called "devregression", which was migrated from the "mariadb-columnstore-regression-test" repo. This migration was done few years ago. Each case in this MTR suite should have a reference to the original .sql file. such as:

or

# Test case migrated from regression test suite:

# ./mysql/queries/nightly/alltest/test102/q4.8.6.sql

This ticket is for the task of migrating the rest of the test cases from the legacy regression suite to MTR.
