more transparency and control over version buffer

1. Command or table which shows the content of the version buffer with lbid and objectid and timestamp at least.

2. Command to delete lbids or objectid entries from versionbuffer with the cost of
loosing the related pending transactions.

3. Possibility to increase version buffer during runtime, even if version buffer is used
in the same way , where it is possible for innodb buffer.
