incorrect step in 1.4 install document

    Description

      In the install document, there is a step to restart the system after the cross engine join configuration has been updated. BUT the system hasnt been completely installed yet. Post-install and postCOnfiguration hasnt been run. This needs to be removed.

      Then, save the file and restart MariaDB ColumnStore:

      $ sudo mcsadmin restartSystem
