Add SM tests to CS regression test suite

    Description

      Add some SM tests to the CS regression test suite.

      The existing test progs we have (unit_tests, component_test, etc) should be run, then test000 & test001 (or equivalents) should be run with the storage type set to storagemanager. Of course, at the end of the test, it needs to set the configuration back to the internal storage type.
