Investigate hangs and crashes using extreme 'get everything from the cloud' settings

Was doing the first benchmark yesterday. Could not complete the test using cache settings that would cause PrimProc and SM to use the cloud mostly (100MB for each cache). On the plus side, performance looks great, up until things either hung or crashed (20 mins into test001, and 1 min into test000)
