New driver keep make dead entire process without notice

Hi.

I have got the new 1.0.9 on windows,
but it make another problem that
kill the process at the uncertain point
which usually need memory like at the line 'soup = BeautifulSoup(f, 'html.parser')'.
Once reaches at the line,
process killed without notice...
....
