The connector build is broken on Windows and OSX with C/C 3.14

    Description

      The reason is that INSTALL_PLUGINDIR cmake variable is not defined on Windows.
      Thus it needs to be initialized with the default value on Windows as well. Or the value provided as cmake parameter
