The query editor and data migration fail to show the schema tree

Steps to reproduce:

• Install MaxScale 25.10.1 on AlmaLinux9
• Install mariadb-connector-odbc
• Create a user on the source and destination databases (both running ES 11.4) with enough privileges to at least list all databases
• In the GUI click on "workspace"
• Click on "new migration"
• Select MariaDB database type
• Select ODBC driver
• Fill out remaining connection details
• Click on "connect"

"Select object to migrate" will be blank "no data available"

Browser version: Chrome 144.0.7559.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Windows 11 pro 25H2

When maxgui is served over plain HTTP (excluding localhost and 127.0.0.1), the Query Editor and Data Migration features fail to load or function correctly.
A workaround is to run the GUI on localhost or serve it over https.
