Maxgui traffic lights not red, if replication is broken.

    Description

      With the change of the states of
      maxctrl list servers
      https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/MXS-5015

      a replica , which not replicate anymore is still green, before 25.10. it was red (error sign)

      A broken replication should be easily visible for the user, so either it should be red like before or
      servers that are up but not replicating, a warning icon would be helpful as minimum
