Handle multi-host connections strings

With Exasol, a multi-host connection string can be used; e.g. 192.168.1.1..5, which means that the ODBC driver can connect to any of 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.2, ..., 192.168.1.5.

However, when the connection for killing is created, that connection must, obviously, be made to the very host the connection used for queries is connected to. ODBC itself does not provide a way for figuring this out.
