Use a multiquery instead of multiple small queries in MariaDB Monitor

MariaDB Monitor can currently perform up to eight queries per server per tick as more monitored items have been added during the years. Consolidate this all to one multiquery to save roundtrips. Also simplifies error handling, as query failure will only need to be handled in one place.
