maxpostprocess and maxvisualize do not work when used from a binary tarball

    Description

      $ maxpostprocess canonicals.csv baseline-result.csv -o baseline-summary.json
      		 
      /usr/bin/maxpostprocess: line 9: /usr/share/maxscale/wcar/prepare_venv.sh: No such file or directory
      		 
      /usr/bin/maxpostprocess: line 10: /root/.maxpostprocess/bin/activate: No such file or directory
      		 
      python3: can't open file '/usr/share/maxscale/wcar/maxpostprocess.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

      This happens because the paths are not converted into relative ones for the binary tarball build.
