Upgrading to 25.01.1 causes systemd service files to be removed

The upgrade to maxscale-enterprise 25.01 from maxscale 24.02 causes the systemd service files to be removed. The end result is that you'll get errors like this:

$ systemctl status maxscale

Unit maxscale.service could not be found.

A workaround is to either remove the old package before installing the new one or reinstalling MaxScale after upgrading (e.g. dnf reinstall maxscale-enterprise).
