GDB stacktraces may hang

If MaxScale is configured to use GDB for stacktraces (on by default), there's a possibility that GDB hangs writing data into a pipe that MaxScale is reading from. Since GDB stops the MaxScale process while it's generating the stacktrace, there's a possibility that the pipe buffer fills up which results in a hang.
