Run MaxCtrl test suite with an executable

The MaxCtrl test suite should be modified so that it invokes an executable instead of running Node.js natively. Initially this should just be a thin wrapper over node maxctrl.js and the next step is to run it with the released binaries.

After this, rewriting MaxCtrl should be much easier as once all tests pass, the new MaxCtrl is "100% compatible" with the old one.
