Show wsrep state details in galeramon diagnostic output

    Description

      The diagnostic output (e.g. maxctrl show monitor) does not include the detailed Galera state information. Knowing it would help analyze problems related to galera clusters, especially ones where the nodes join and leave the cluster often.
