Allow ODBC connections to be used in the query editor

    Description

      The addition of the ETL operation required a new ODBC type of connection. This now means that the query editor can use the same connections to perform SQL queries on any database that has a ODBC driver.

      The same inputs that are currently available in the ETL connection menu should be enough to allow the user to configure the connection.
