Duplicate values in `servers` are silently ignored

    Description

      The following service definition will behave as if it only had servers=server1.

      [RW-Split-Router]
      		 
      type=service
      		 
      router=readwritesplit
      		 
      servers=server1,server1,server1,server1,server1
      		 
      user=maxuser
      		 
      password=maxpwd

      At least a warning should be logged if there are duplicates in the servers list.
