mariadb_repo_setup script configures Maxscale repos in the wrong way for ARM

    Description

      script puts [arch=amd64] on ARM machine:

      deb [arch=amd64] https://dlm.mariadb.com/repo/maxscale/2.5.17/apt stretch main

      for RHEL 8:

      [error] Only RHEL/CentOS 7 are supported for ARM64. Detected version: '8'

      but Maxscale repo exists for RHEL 8 ARM!

      same for SLES:

      [error] SLES is not currently supported for ARM64
