Maxscale is running under 'root' in Ubuntu/Debina

    Description

      /etc/init.d/maxscale for Debian/Ubuntu has broken line 48:

      DAEMON_OPTS= --user=maxscale

      /etc/init.d/maxscale: line 48: --user=maxscale: command not found

      So, as result DAEMON_OPTS is not defined and Maxscale starts as a default user 'root'
