Description

when specifying cache_inside_transactions MaxScale refuses to start.

Log claims that:

Unknown parameter 'cache_inside_transactions' for object 'cache' of type 'filter'. Did you mean 'cache_in_transactions' ?

Docs should be updated regarding this.
