maxscale process still running after uninstalling maxscale package

    Description

      When uninstalling the MaxScale Debian or RPM package, a maxscale process still continues to run.

      The MariaDB server packages have prerm (.deb) / PREUN (RPM) scripts that shut down and disable the mariadb service before actual uninstall is performed.

      The MaxScale packages are missing such scripts.
