change in monitoring : add new status &/or unify mariadb & galeramon

we need to have the ability to distinguish a galera write "master" from an aync repl master.

so having a write/read bit on top of having a primary/replica one would be great.

this would also open the door to a backend being able to be monitored as both a galera node and a primary or replica.and even maybe to a unified monitor for such hybrid replication topologies.
