Show server/service relationship.

    Description

      In MaxAdmin it's not possible to see the relationship between Servers and Services. You can do SHOW SERVICE [service name], but then you would have to know the service name. It would be really useful to be able to list the Services connected to each Server and/or list all Servers connected to a Service. This info could be included in LIST SERVERS or LIST SERVICES output or a new command could be created.

      The idea is to be able to request available servers based on a service name for failover automation and not hardcoding service names in failover scripts.

          The "list services" and "show services"-commands now show the attached servers. The other suggestion of having servers show their assigned services is not implemented here as it would require more extensive changes to how this information is stored in MaxScale.
