create ubuntu xenial 16.04 repository

Details

    Description

Ubuntu Xenial is almost frozen. We might want to install builders so that people can get testing newer MariaDB Server on 16.04 and to ensure that things "just work".

10:44 < bjornar> as the wily package works just fine

So it looks like things will "just work"

I have created repositories for xenial using our existing wily packages for both MariaDB 10.0.24 and 10.1.13.

Because of MDEV-9781 these new repositories are signed with a new key. I've added a section about this to the release notes for both of the above:

Instructions for adding the new repositories have been added to the repository configuration tool:

The next releases of 10.0 and 10.1 will have proper xenial packages.

It might make sense to ensure that only one of the following packages is kept on Ubuntu Xenial (yes, still using the Wily packages here atm):

ii libmysqlclient18 10.1.13+maria-1~wily amd64 Virtual package to satisfy external depends
ii libmysqlclient20:amd64 5.7.12-0ubuntu1 amd64 MySQL database client library
